Meet the Doctor
Nathan E. Olsen, D.C.
Dr. Nathan E. Olsen was born and raised in Canada. He attended Ricks College/BYU-Idaho where he earned his Associates degree in biology. He later attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon where he received his Bachelors degree in science and his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree graduating with cum laude (honors). Dr. Olsen is currently a member of the TMJ Association.
As a chiropractic physician, the scope of practice in Idaho allows Dr. Olsen to perform conservative therapies that are gentle, safe and recommended for the treatment of TMJ disorders. He uses muscle techniques, physiotherapies, modalities, gentle TMJ joint manipulative therapies and other techniques that are specific to the needs of TMJ conditions. Dr. Olsen has received extensive training, experience and education for the past 18+ years. Dr. Olsen gained valuable experience in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ conditions post-graduation while working with several other experienced doctors. He is a well qualified physician who has worked in three successful clinics post graduation.
Dr. Olsen is the owner of Idaho TMJ Clinic(TM) where he has had much success in helping patients around the Treasure Valley with TMJ pain and TMJ dysfunction. Dr. Olsen also specializes in the proper diagnosis and treatment of migraine headache, particularly in cases where the headaches are attributable to dysfunction at the TMJ and upper neck. Dr. Olsen works with many medical and dental experts, as well as advanced imaging facilities in the Treasure Valley.
